Changing or Cancelling orders

Should you wish to change your order after your payment has been processed, please contact us immediately on email and we will try our best to accommodate your request.  There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order.

Payment

All payments for items purchased will be made through a secure payment gateway. A proof of purchase receipt for the transaction will be sent to you along with your purchase.

We endeavour to post your item as soon as possible.

We understand that we may not have what you are after, which is why we are happy to talk about custom requests. Please see our Customisation page for more information.  

Product Care

Keep your Bell and Pearls chains looking beautiful for longer by taking care of them. Here are some tips below:

  • Avoid getting your chains wet. This includes and is not limited to perfume, moisturisers and of course hand sanitisers. If your chain does get wet, you can wipe it with a soft cloth and leave to dry.
  • We recommend that you keep your chains in our handy pouches when not in use and preferably stored in a cool and dry area away from direct sunlight.

Our chains are electroplated and due to the nature of the plating and the frequency of wear, it is expected that it would rub or discolour overtime. Wear and tear is expected to happen over time and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
