We try our best to create products that cater to most bags however we understand that there are instances where you are after something that we don't quite offer yet!

If there is a particular length you are after we are more than happy to see if we can customise this for you.

We will get back to you within 2 business days on what we could make in our workshop. This would incur a charge on top of the original price of the chain which would be advised in our email.

Please note that we can only customise the pearl chains and only some selected acrylic chains. We cannot customise the metal chains.
